I did the install, and it all went smoothly. However, I cannot ssh into the newly installed system. I get the following error:
kex_exchange_identification: read: Connection reset by peer
My understanding is that this means the new Ventura machine actively rejected the connection. This at least indicates that the server is running.
I have enabled remote login for all users in the sharing settings. I have checked that the ssh server is running. I am able to use the ssh client to ssh into other machines with no problem.
I did notice that there was no ~/.ssh directory, so I created one with 700 permissions, but that had no effect.
Not sure where to look further. The only advice I can find online is to make sure remote login is turned on, which it is.
Are there any known ssh issues after OCLP installations?
