Wifi issue during install of Sequoia on Early 2015 MBP 13" A1502

Hi all,

When attempting to install Sequoia on my MBP no wifi networks are showing. It won't let me proceed without wifi. I've tried usb tethering to iphone and I've tried multiple wifi networks. None are showing up.

Any ideas how to get around this so I can patch it later?
