Any recent updates on T2 support at all?

Got myself a MacBook Air 2018 today for college that's stuck on Sonoma, despite that I'm still loving it, but would still wanna eventually get some of the newer features introduced by Sonoma. I'm new to the whole OpenCore thing so I'm not sure if the devs ever really update on things like this but has there been any word on if there's been progress on T2 support as of recent?
