Can’t boot anymore

I have a MacBook Pro early 2015 that was running Sequoia thanks to OCLP. I knew that there was a risk I could mess up something but I decided to update OCLP. On the following reboot, it didn’t work. I tried pressing Command R but I couldn’t load the disk utility or start in recovery mode. I tried resetting the NVRAM. Still couldn’t boot the OS. Then I tried creating a usb drive with Sequoia from another Mac. I rebooted and pressed Alt, it can see the usb drive but if I try to load Macintosh HD or “Install macOS Sequoia” I always get an error. At the moment I can’t fix the problem. Any suggestion?
