Hi everyone, I need some help. I installed macOS Sequoia via OCLP on my MacBook (2016, 15-inch, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD), and now I’m trying to restore it to official macOS Monterey. Here’s the situation: I tried to erase the internal SSD (APPLE SSD SM0512L Media) from Recovery Mode. Disk Utility and Terminal commands (diskutil eraseDisk, diskutil apfs deleteContainer, etc.) fail with errors like: “Couldn’t open device” “Not a valid target disk type” “Erase process failed” When I boot from a USB installer, I still cannot erase the SSD or remove the APFS container created by Sequoia/OCLP. I understand that the SSD might be Virtual / APFS container locked due to Sequoia/OCLP. I want to restore the Mac to official macOS Monterey, erase the old Sequoia system completely, and have a clean, fully functional internal SSD (Macintosh HD).
