I know it needs 667mhz DDR2 but when I got two 2gb kingston valueRAM sticks with said specs it didn't boot, and when I got it to boot by switching stick places it randomly locked up all the time, only worked well when I either used a single stick or paired it with a stock 1gb stick. also couldn't find any issues with RAM with rember app.
found while googling that kingston ram problems are common with A1260 and in general it's very picky so it's not guaranteed that any 667mhz stick would work.
