iATKOS | United Kingdom: Issues with Sequoia on Late 2014 iMac

Hi OCLP community,

I've been running Sequoia since OCLP made it available for my iMac, but I've been annoyed by a couple of things I'm hoping you can help me with...

My iMac always freezes when I'm away for any length of time during the day, and always freezes overnight. This requires me to force a power off and then startup again. Oddly, an interesting observation I've noticed is, when I have Screens 5 (remote desktop application) connected to a remote computer, my iMac doesnt freeze or lockup.
Also, since installing Sequoia, another annoyance developed where I'm always prompted to login twice, once immediately after it boots up, and again, to login to desktop. Any ideas, thoughts?

I am not as technically gifted as many of you, so go easy on me, and let me know if you need other information or images.
