MBP 2016 15 Intel HD Graphics 530 2,6 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7 16g 256gb

should I update to the latest sequoia 15.7 update, its the last before Tahoe so I was wondering if I should do it as the last update. will OCLP support it or will my Mac "die" ? please help me out
