OCLP Install Issues MacPro 5,1

So I’m running into some issues and I’m at a loss, hoping someone can help.

I have a MacPro 5,1 with an extra SATA SSD in place, I was hoping to dual boot Windows 11 to it.

My Mac has Mojave installed, I downloaded the Dortania OCLP Patcher, downloaded Monterrey with it, created the bootable USB and afterwards built to OCLP Installer, installed it onto my main drive and restarted, holding Option to install Monterrey in OCLP (I hoped). There’s where the issue started, I have no boot chime and holding Option did nothing.

From that point, I decided to backtrack and delete the OCLP EFI. I followed the directions on the website and tried to restart and reset PRAM, no result.

I can still boot up the Mac as normal, but with no chime, it also seems to boot much slower.

I also have no way to boot to a bootable USB to try and wipe the drive and start over with a fresh Mac OS install.

I’m at a loss and can’t find any help anywhere, would anyone have any ideas on how I can get back to a fresh install to maybe give it a try again?
