| Hi all, I have the 2020 Intel i5 MacBook Pro (A2289) and have had it since 2020. I'm not planning on replacing it for at least 3 years or so. I'm on the latest version of Sequoia but I can't help but feel it is a little slow and buggy for a smooth experience. I have Monterey OCLP on a mid 2011 iMac and it works flawlessly; do you think there is a macOS in particular that on OCLP runs smoothly and quickly with few bugs, still has most app support etc? Quick question - If I were to reset the Mac, would macOS would it offer to reinstall? Would it be Catalina as that's what it arrived with, or Sequoia again as the latest complete macOS build? Any help hugely appreciated, thanks! [link] [comments] |
