I just inherited this lovely old iMac from my grandfather. The screen is just gorgeous, but she's stuck in Catalina! My question to the OpenCore community is, which OS should I upgrade to? Naturally I want to aim for the newest one available (Sequoia), but there's probably a good reason why older options are still available. So I figured I'd ask someone who knows better - which would you pick if you were in this situation?
A little more context - Most intense use it'll see is running Discord & a few tabs of Chrome at the same time. Maybe some Affinity & games no more taxing than Amongus. I am upgrading it to a Samsung T7 SSD this evening and may add some RAM, although I'm not sure if that'll even be necessary.
