Accidentally installed Tahoe

I installed Sequoia on an intel MacBook Pro (2014) and accidentally upgraded to Tahoe.

Unfortunately, my cursor does not move and i cannot type on the login screen following the update.

What are my options here? I have no data that I need to keep necessarily so can consider factory reset, but would prefer not ot have to do OCLP configuration again and reconfigure applications from scratch if possible 😅
