 | I have a MacBook Pro (Early 2015, i5). About 3 months ago, I installed macOS Ventura 13.7.8 using OpenCore Legacy Patcher. Performance has been fine overall. Before installing Ventura with OCLP, the battery wasn’t perfect but it could still last at least 2.5 hours on normal use. Over the last few months, the battery health dropped significantly. Now the reported capacity is over 63000 mAh, and the MacBook shuts down immediately as soon as I unplug the charger. It only works while connected to power. [link] [comments] |
