Updating from OCLP iMac 2017 Sequoia 15.5 to 16.7.4

Hi ppl,

I would like to ask if it is safe to update my iMac 2017 OCLP (Sequoia 15.5) to 15.7.4 .
From the Mac Software Update available. Without creating the OCLP USB installer.
