Can someone help me fix this?

i tried booting into mac os sonoma, and smhow it got stuck at 0% progress, when i use verbose mode it stops at some kernel panic, i have mac os 12.6.7 still bootable, can someone help me save this? device: 2016 macbook pro 16/512 15 inch (Macbook13,3)
