Help!!

so I downloaded Tahoe on open core idk what happened everything was going perfect then I couldn’t turn the WiFi on or off so I decided to delete it off the usb(bad mistake) thinking it would just go back to ventura .. it did not anyways so I can get to the whole disk utility download and install Ventura part and I download it but then it goes to the apple black screen with the loading bar thinking it’s gone restart with Ventura the bar loads all the way then it goes back to the same black apple loading screen over and over and over again wtf do I do help plz
