How far can i take this Mid 2010 iMac?

Got this one, upgraded it to Mojave, but some software i need (light orchestral music production, mostly controlling other slave pcs, so no real hardware work for this one) isnt really compatible. 3,06 GHz i3 with a 4670. I wanna take it as current as humanly possible.
