Ventura Installation Stops with 14 Minutes Remaining

Hi all,

I'm trying to install Ventura on my mid 2011 27" iMac, modded with an i7 and a metal GPU.

This has happened several times now, I have tried erasing the installer and reinstalling a few times and each time, the install of Ventura stops with 'About 14 minutes remaining'.

Has anyone else experienced this?

It ran Ventura on OCLP for about 2 weeks, before the original GPU broke! It's been on Monterey OCLP for about 6 months no issues, I needed to upgrade for some software compatibility.

Should I try a different method, or just wait it out to see if anything happens? Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!

P.s. it's not even that the installation has stopped, I think the Mac crashes?? The Mac is frozen, mouse doesn't move etc.. I've seen a post on here with someone having the same problem but with Sonoma, and it worked for them after a few hours of waiting, but I dont know if their Mac was frozen like mine!
