macOS Ventura on Acer Aspire ES1-572-36XW? Need advice before trying

Hi everyone,I have an Acer Aspire ES1-572-36XW with the following specs:

CPU: Intel Core i3-6100U (Skylake)

RAM: 12GB

Storage: 500GB SATA SSD

There is a catch: the laptop screen is broken, so I am forced to use an external monitor via HDMI. I need a macOS version that supports the latest possible versions of Microsoft Office, Google Chrome, and other productivity tools. Security is a top priority for me with these apps.

My research suggests that Ventura is the absolute limit for this hardware, but I couldn't find any YouTube videos or specific guides for this exact model.This laptop is my daily driver, so I cannot risk breaking it. I will only attempt the Hackintosh install based on your feedback and recommendations. I am already familiar with Linux and wanted to try a new operating system.

Has anyone successfully mapped HDMI video output on a similar Skylake laptop? Do you think Ventura is stable enough for daily work on this hardware?Any help, tips, or EFI guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
