Sequoia not updating apps and system

6 months ago I reinstalled Sequoia (don't wanna install Tahoe) here and used my previously EFI. Dunno why, I have a strange behavior here. The last system update was 15.7.3 cause it not recognize new updates. When happens, like yesterday, was a Safari update. Same thing for apps. The App Store never show new updates, I have to open App Store and then he shows me which apps need to update. Something that I have to check on my EFI? Thanks!
