Should I install Tahoe or Sequoia on my Dell Latitude

I have been researching about hackintosh and would like to switch to it (since I have other apple devices), but I am stuck between Sequoia and Tahoe. I want to use Tahoe for the newer UI and longer software support, but other forums say that the Hackintosh version of Tahoe is a bit unstable. So which one should I switch to? Plus I used checked if my laptop components can run it on the guide, and it seems that everything is good to run Tahoe.
