Does anybody know the Belkin - Thunderbolt 2 Express Dock HD - F4U085?

I have 2012 and 2013 iMacs, as well as 2014 and 2015 MBPs, all of which support TB2. Can this dock support Retina on my MBPs and a 4k TV via this docking station?
