Best macOS version for iMac Late 2013 (21.5-inch) via OCLP?

Hi everyone,

I have a Late 2013 21.5-inch iMac currently running macOS Mojave. I'm planning to use OpenCore Legacy Patcher to upgrade it, but I’m looking for the best balance between performance and stability.

My specs:

• Model: iMac 14,1

• CPU: Intel Core i5

• RAM: 16GB

• Graphics: Intel Iris pro

• Storage: 1TB HDD

Which version would you recommend for a smooth daily driver experience? I’ve heard good things about Monterey, but is Sonoma or Sequoia stable enough

Also, are there any major "broken" features I should be aware of before jumping from Catalina?
