I recently updated my old 2016 MBP (i7 2.9Ghz/16Gb/1Tb/Radeon Pro 460) to Sequoia and most things seem pretty great. I've been able to update OS-locked software to the current versions, the touchbar works (well, as well as it ever does) and for the most part everything is great.
Except...
Video playback is problematic. In Chrome, Youtube is choppy. Netflix is ... ok, with only occasional frame drops. The Prime Video app is similar to Netflix. The Plex app is unusable.
Is there something I can do (root patches etc are installed) or is that just the nature of Sequoia on 2016 hardware? I completely understand if that's the case -- it's just frustrating to get so close in so many ways...
