Direct Upgrade from Ventura to macOS Sequoia

You can upgrade directly from macOS Ventura to macOS Sequoia without installing Sonoma first, saving time and storage space.

Upgrade steps:

  1. Update OpenCore Patcher: Open OCLP and ensure it is updated to v2.4.1 or newer to fully support macOS Sequoia.
  2. Download Sequoia: Use OCLP's "Create macOS Installer" to download the official macOS Sequoia installation app.
  3. Run Installer: Launch the installer directly from Ventura. After rebooting into Sequoia, open OCLP and run the Post-Install Root Patches.
