Is the SAPLOS RX550 Baffin or Lexa?

I found a listing for a SAPLOS RX550 which has a GPU-Z screenshot that says that it is Polaris 21, but when I asked the seller for details or other photos I found out he is just a drop shipper and doesn't even know what he is selling. I later found the same images as he posted, alongside the GPU-Z screenshot on amazon, for 2 very similar looking GPUs, one from SAPLOS and one from QTHREE, both for more than the drop shipper is asking. Looking online, I couldn't find any reliable information about those cards, aside from the fact that these are not reliable brands who sometimes rebrand and resell GPUs that didn't quite pass QC, at lower clocks and lower prices.

This is the only listing I could find for a low profile Polaris 21/Baffin RX550 in my country, or Baffin anything for that matter in the low profile form factor (which I absolutely need), but it is very expensive. Normal RX550 cards go for around 20-30 bucks, but this guy is asking 100 bucks for it... And I don't know if it is real Polaris or not. I don't have any return rights for this, as it is still technically second hand, so I am not sure if it is worth the risk.

Does anyone have any experience with this card, and can tell me if it is actually Baffin or not? Thanks in advance.

*NOTE: I know that Lexa RX 550 works fine with a GPU spoof, but I want to use the card in a VM and there spoofing the GPU disables all display outputs, so I need a GPU that would work out of the box, with no spoofin. And it needs to be low profile. If anyone happens to have for sale a compatible low profile GPU, like a WX 4100, I am willing to pay for international shipping just to get it, because I can't find it anywhere...
