Unlocking Continuity Features on Mac Pro 2013

Features like Universal Control, AirPlay, and Sidecar are officially locked on the 2013 Mac Pro due to older wireless chipsets, but can be enabled using OCLP FeatureUnlock.

Enabling steps:

  1. Upgrade Wireless Card: Replace the internal Broadcom card with a BCM943602CS card for native hardware support.
  2. Enable FeatureUnlock: OCLP automatically injects FeatureUnlock.kext. Ensure it is enabled in your OpenCore configuration.
  3. Sign in to iCloud: Ensure both devices use the same Apple ID with Two-Factor Authentication enabled.

Original Question: "MacPro 2013 "Features Unlock" question"

I have Sequoia already installed and it runs great, but I noticed I can't do airplay etc. After some research, I found that was because I installed it without clicking "FeatureUnlocked" prior to installation.

I can't find much info on how the machine runs with that enabled. Has anyone installed Sequoia on a 2013 MacPro with "FeatureEnabled" included, and if so, how did it run?
