Is Sonoma worth it on an early 2015 8GB MacBook Pro?

I was going to do Open Legacy yesterday but decide against it because specs on my laptop not the best. I did use Bootcamp for run Windows 10 and it run flawless, but I uninstall it because it make my MacBook work harder than usual. I thinking maybe Ventura is better option?
