Dell Optiplex 9010 USFF with i5-4575s HD4000 gfx issue

Just wondering if anyone has had a successful build with this? I have everything working right except with my HD4000 igpu. Showing 4MB VRAM / No QE/CI so far? Any takers? Thanks. Running HS 10.13.3. Ivybridge / Q77 board / Clover UEFI
