Advice For First Time Hackintosh Build

Hey Hackintosh Builders,

I am trying to construct my first Hackintosh and I feel like it should be a relatively simple process but I can't seem to gain the confidence to commit to the build.

I want to use my computer to dual-boot both PC and OS 10.10 Yosemite. I'll be mainly using the computer for audio engineering, but might try picking up some game and video editing as well.
