Anyone have the same problem? Screen turns black for split second and returns to normal

Pretty sure it's only been happening ever since I upgraded from El Capitan to Sierra. Maybe it's a video driver problem since I'm running the GTX 960 Thing is: it affects the whole computer. My mouse freezes for a second, the screen turns black and then returns to normal.
