Hey guys,
I'm in the process of doing a huge update, to my build, it has been quite a while, and I'm having an issue I can't quite Google my way out of.
The Problem: When the computer boots, it goes to Clover, I chose Sierra from my hard drive, and it freezes on the Apple logo, and progress bar stays completely empty.
I then found I could boot into OSX if I loaded Clover from the original installation USB drive I chose (less than idea and more time consuming, also takes a USB port). OSX would boot, but I was having issues getting my GTX 1070 recognized, despite trying many of the recommended solves listed here.
I then discovered that if choose "Exit Clover" it leaves, relaunches at a higher resolution and then can boot to OSX fine.
It's very odd. What can I do to fix this Clover issue? Did I install two clovers?
Here are IMGUR links of low-res and hi-res clover screens. (http://i.imgur.com/CRns67P.jpg & http://i.imgur.com/tYtCfNc.jpg)
For what it's worth, I installed via the latest Unibeast and Multibeast versions. I also made sure to choose "Legacy" not "uefi" because I think my mobo is too old?
Happy to provide any more info if needed.
Thank you!
My current setup is as follows:
OSX: 10.12.5 (coming from 10.7.3)
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3
CPU: i5-2500K
Graphics: EVGA GTX1070 8GB FTW Gaming ACX 3.0 (Was EVGA 560ti)
SSD: Samsung EVO 850 (500gb)
RAM: 16GB DDR3 (speed is showing 1333mhz but should be 1600mhz)
