Can't boot into clover after BIOS update (dual booting)

So I'm dual booting windows 10 and Sierra on two separate SSD. Today I had the bright idea to update my BIOS. Through windows using the gigabyte @bios. My bios is now updated but when I redid my bios settings and stuff I cannot boot into my osx SSD. It sees it in BIOS but is acting like it's blank when I try to boot into it (reboot and select a proper boot device). It's as if my entire clover partition somehow got erased. Does anybody have any idea what happened? I won't be able to sleep until I get this figured out :/
