Can't Boot my Original OS

My Laptop used to run Windows 7 on legacy with one hardware but today--

1-Downloaded Mac OS sierra from App Store in vmware 2-Then used unibeast fir creating a bootable Mac OS sierra 3-after download I shrinked one of my partition to NTFS from 96 GB to 73 GB 4-then I rebooted my laptop and went to Boot Options pressing f12 5-Then I selected "UEFI device Apcher and 8gb drive" from UEFI boot 6-then I run External disk as the clover asked me to. 7-I formatted my 73gb disk and installed Mac OS on it 8-after restarting I can't boot to my NTFS drive (boot0af error) sometimes flashing cursor ---I only can boot Mac OS HFS drive and I can see in mac finder that my disk files are present but I can't boot to my win 7 Please Help! Sorry, I'm really really bad at English.
