Cannot enter installer, Garbled Text & Prohibited Sign.

I truly did try to solve this on my own & googling it before coming here, but I am lost. Just to clear some things up,

I am using a Razer Blade Stealth, i7 6500u, 8GB DDR3L, Intel HD 520.

I know the issue has something to do with my USB 3.0 ports, but sadly this laptop only has USB 3.0 and there are no options in bios to enable them to be 2.0. I tried a lot of fixes, but nothing worked. Anything anyone could suggest?

The part where it fails has something to do with waiting on the UUID Boot Device.
