Clover installer on USB not seeing Mac OS Installer?

Hello,

I've got a Dell Latitude E7470 with the SSD upgraded to a Samsung 960 EVO NVMe drive. I've followed the instructions here to create a bootable USB for Mac OS Sierra, but when I try to boot on my laptop, it only shows "Windows Boot Manager" and not the OS X installer. This will be my fourth hackintosh install, but two of them were HP Laptops using the HP hackintoshing utility that automatically grabs all the needed kexts and EFI mods.

I'd like to keep this install fairly vanilla if possible. If someone could point me in the right direction, that'd be awesome!
