I'm running internal graphics on my system because I'm holding out for better graphics card prices due to the mining craze. I've got everything on my build working except for sleep/wake (known unfixed Intel Graphics issue), multiple displays, and a very annoying display crash I get when I use full screen youtube after a random amount of time (30 seconds - 2 minutes). I can live with the sleep/wake - I just shut down when I'm done, it boots in 30 seconds which is fine with me.
What I'd like to know (tl;dr here) is what can be done to fix the crash I'm experiencing with full screen videos. I can watch local files with VLC just fine as much as I want. But full screen YouTube and web streaming video seems to be putting the display to sleep or crashing it. I can still hear everything and the system seems to be responsive but I can't see anything until I reboot. I'm running a 7700k, Gigabyte Z270 Gaming 7, Intel m.2 SSD, 8TB HD, and an LG Ultrawide 3440x1440.
