Does Haciktosh update itself, or I do have to keep downloading and installing th newer everytime?

Hey guys,

I am new to Hackintosh. I have Lenovo G50 laptop, and I am thinking to try Hckintosh. I don't know whether every component on my laptop would work, and how does the update feature go on.

If hardware works fine, and I don't have to keep downloading the updated version of OS X everytime, I would definitely give it a try.
