Got and old laptop and got questions about setting up a Hackintosh

I got a really old laptop in my hands with the specs of: CPU: Intel Core 2 CPU T5600@ 1.83GHz GPU: Integrated 128 MB GPU RAM: 3 GBs HDD: 40 GBs OS: Windows 7 32-bit

Can I install OSX on this PC?If I can then what OSX should I install and with what procedure?
