Hackintosh for Uni

Hi guys, hope you're doing all fine. I'm going to art school in September and thought, why not buying myself a Powerhouse of a Hackintosh to handle all the Adobe-Programms with ease. So here is my Part-List:

I know, Kaby Lake is not yet fully recommended by the gods at tonymacx, but I saw some builds, where it worked. Do you recommend it?

Do you think upgrading to 32 gb of Ram would make sense of would it just be overkill?

Thank you all in advance. Peace.
