Hackintosh a success, but I still have a two problems: sleep and multiple displays

Hiya friends. I'm running a Hackintosh El Capitan build. Version 10.11.5. I primarily use my hackintosh for logic, in music, so having multiple displays is nice. My hackintosh works perfect except for some strange and minor inconveniences that I found a way around, but it's tedious each time I want to start the computer.

Here are the problems:

If I boot my hackintosh with two displays connected via the internal graphics, I get an apple loading wheel which goes on for infinity until I unplug the second display. I should mention that both of these are TVs. One is connected via HDMI and the other is connected via a HDMIt to DVI converter.

Now, here's the weird bit. Once I unplug the second display, OSX works perfectly. But if I try to plug in the 2nd display again, both displays crash.

Now, if I boot OSX up with just one display connected, and wait until the booting process has completed (and I have logged in) and then connect the second display, both work just fine. What on earth is causing this? I want to have to where I can boot up and both displays work right off the bat.

Another issue is, my hackintosh can't sleep properly. Although this doesn't really bother me. What really does is when I turn off either display for a prolonged period (usually when I sleep) and I turn the displays on again, it's just a blank screen as if the display driver has crashed. I feel like this is correlated with the above issue- it's like my graphics aren't working properly. I've made it in OSX where my computer can't sleep. When I turn the displays back on after a long period of them being shut off, I can still hear the OSX making sounds and it appears as if the computer is on. It's just that my displays aren't working.

Other than this, my computer is working fine. I might try updating OSX, would that solve any issues? It has before. I would back up all my data prior obviously.

there's one other odd thing, which I'm sure is correlated with the USB drives on my computer. If I have every front USB unit used the hackintosh can't boot. It says "Cannot Allocate Runtime Area" and then will boot itself over and over. I'm assuming that's because it's trying to boot from the USB devices. I've had this problem before, so if I unplug everything it works just fine. Just kinda odd.

I really would appreciate anyones help. Thanks!!
