I have tried everything to try to get the web drivers to work but no luck. Can only boot with nv_disable=1

First off, I have got everything to work including audio, keyboard, ethernet, expect the web drivers. Everything else works like a charm. I have a MSI GEFORCE® GTX 960 2GD5T OC as my graphics card. I have installed the latest web driver, version: 378.05.05.15f01 and the latest CUDA driver(whatever that is, if someone could explain that, thanks!) version: 8.0.83. In clover configurator I made sure inject NVIDA was OFF, SMBIOS was set to iMac14,2, and under system parameters inject kexts is on detect, inject system id is ON, and inject NvidiaWeb is ON. Everything is the default clover settings. However, inject Intel is ON under Graphics but I'm scared to turn it off because I believe thats what my hackintosh is currently using for graphics. If this helps, I have an i7-4700 clocked at 3.4 GHz, MSI Z97s SLI Krait Edition mobo, and 24 gigs of ram. The hackintosh is booted off a SanDisk 120gb SSD. Now to explain my problem. I can only boot if I enable nv_disable=1. If I do not, when attempting to boot, the bar gets about half way and then goes to a black screen then I believe it restarts my computer. It shows the black screen then 2 seconds(prob less) then it shows my mobo splash screen. Any thoughts? Thanks a lot!
