Mac OS Sierra cannot boot after I install the bootloader on HDD

Hello!

I recently decided to run Mac OS Sierra on my PC after I had to sell my Macbook Pro. I wanted to run the Mac OS X since I love it and plus I have software that runs only on mac.

So I successfully installed Mac OS Sierra on my laptop with the following specs:

Intel® Core™ i7-2630QM Processor SSD 200 GB 6,144 (4,096 + 2,048) MB, DDR3 RAM (1,333 MHz) NVIDIA® GeForce® GT 540M with CUDA™ Technology and NVIDIA® Optimus™ Technology

My questions is why after installing the drivers and most importantly the Clover Bootloader on the SSD (HDD) it cannot boot without the usb stick plugged in. The BIOS complains that it cannot find bootable media. Anyone knows what I am doing wront?
