Noise in speakers during system animation when moving specific mouse

When I move my mouse (Logitech G402) then I hear a whirring/beeping noise in my speakers or headphones. This doesn't occur if I use the sound card adapter integrated into my screen, maybe because it uses the power source of the screen and not the computer. The noise comes out of the sound card on my computer and even a USB sound adapter. The noise is audible even when I didn't set the sound output to the device(s) I can hear the sound coming from. This doesn't happen if I use another mouse (like a different model) though. Another mouse of the same model makes the computer produce this sound too though.

This noise becomes lower and a bit louder when I run a GPU benchmark and can be heard independent of mouse movement.

Another noise (more like white noise) is audible when I open the macOS Application menu or other system animations occur. This noise can be heard after the click (not only during, like the first one) and is a little bit quieter. Both noises don't occur more or less depending on cpu load.

There also seems to be a quieter noise (more like the second one, but with more popping) when I do nothing and a still image is being displayed.

My System: macOS (latest at the time) 10.12.5, MSI Z170A Gaming M5 ATX, Intel Core i7 6700K, Asus GeForce GTX 1060 Strix 6GB

any help would be greatly appreciated! ;-) I can elaborate further where needed.
