NVIDIA web drivers question *first time using them*

Hello guys, I have a doubt, I managed myself on 10.12.4 to install nvidia web drivers for my gtx750ti, now I wonder if I want to upgrade the OS to 10.12.5 or .6 do I have to install the new drivers first ? or upgrade the OS first? , also saw there is a link to download cuda drivers, are those needed?
