PCI-e SATA Expansion Causing Issues with Bluetooth

Mobo: ASUS Z170 Pro CPU: i7 6700k w/ Fenvi T919 Bluetooth/Wifi Card w/ IOCrest SATA 6G PCIe x2 4 port non-RAID Marvell 88SE9235 chipset expansion card

I use a lot of storage on my computer, so having used all 6 SATA ports on my mobo, I installed the above expansion card this week. Only problem is it seems to be knocking out my Fenvi T919 bluetooth for some reason.

Ever since I've been using them together my Apple Keyboard and Trackpad have been cutting out intermittently ('Connection Lost') and then work extremely sluggishly to the point that I've switched to using my backup USB devices temporarily.

Any idea what's causing the conflict?
