Some USB3.0 drives don't show up

Hi All under macOS Sierra 10.12.5 sometimes some USB drives don't show up, such as WD MyPassport. Some do (such as G-Drives) which are USB 3.0.

I have the USB limiter extended and XHCI is set to enabled.

System: Z170 6700k GTX 980Ti
