The Telegram Messenger app has been updated with several new features including the ability to send self destructing photos and videos, an improved photo editor, a profile bio, and more.Telegram is a secure messenger on which everything including chats, groups, media, etc. is encrypted using a combination of 256-bit symmetric AES encryption, 2048-bit RSA encryption, and Diffie–Hellman secure key exchange.
The new self destructing photos and videos feature works like Secret Chats. If you set a timer, the countdown starts the moment your recipient opens the photo or video you sent. After the time runs out, the photo/video will disappear forever. If the recipient tries to make a screenshot of your disappearing media, you’ll get a notification immediately.
