Trouble booting with web drivers?

I can't seem to boot with nv_drv=1 enabled. It only seems to boot with nv_disable=1 even if I have the web drivers installed. I have lilu and NvidiaGraphicsFixup.kext installed as well.

I'm running an x99 w/ 1070, any help is appreciated!
