I just updated Ubuntu Xenial to Yakkety (in-place upgrade), and it rewrote my UEFI boot order - goddammit.
It was easy to change the order again using efibootmgr -v and -o 0085,0000,0081,0086 etc.
Just a FYI to those triple-booters, or Linux users out there...
